At first, I was somewhat skeptical of the viability of the extension handle, but after the first time I used it, I couldn't imagine using the Quick-Cut Greens Harvester without it. It makes the process far more ergonomic and will save backs for sure!

The 1502 Quick-Cut Greens Harvester started production in 2013, so if your harvester was purchased in the last ~10 years it will be compatible with the extended handle!

Handle extension is here!!

I’ve been waiting for and inquiring about the handle extension for a while and so glad to have it now! Sore backs has been a complaint of greens harvester users over the past couple of seasons. Smart time saving tools (as the original greens harvester is) should not come at the expense of our bodies. The handle extension is a brilliant solution. It is so well thought out, robust, intelligently engineered and perfectly executed. On the first use I was sold! If you use your greens harvester regularly you will certainly want this add-on!
My only small complaint was on shipping to Canada. The website indicated free shipping. I had to pay over $125 to the shipper for tax (as I would have expected, no complaint there) and a hearty (around $75) import fee. A few days later I received some paper pot tools directly from Japan worth a value of more than Double the cost of my Farmers Friend tools and the import fee charged by the shipper was less than $20 so needless to say I wasn’t impressed by this unexpected gouging.
Back Saver and keep me farming till I am old.

This is a very well designed upgrade for the quick cut greens harvester. First time trying it and it saved me back pain already. The weight is evenly distributed and it is way easier to assemble and use than it looks from pictures! Thank you Farmer’s Friend!
